Quality Workplace Health and Safety Management: Safety is a priority at Unique Cutting. We aim for a zero-harm culture in our workplace. We do this by starting with safety training, and by setting clear leadership expectations and accountabilities. All Unique Cutting operators are highly trained and accredited for the works performed. Our leadership team supports learning and expanding our operator knowledge and accreditation by ensuring ongoing support towards continuous improvement. Site specified inductions are always completed by our operators prior to attending site. Ongoing training ensures our team have the knowledge to deliver on project requirements. We have developed and implemented a formal inhouse environmental and safety procedures, policies, Safe work method statements to support compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
